Good News for 85-year-old, long-time minister Carlton Smith
When a judge invites you into his chambers, you're either receiving big favor or it's because you're in big trouble! Mr. Smith was issued a traffic citation for failing to signal 100 feet before turning. In chambers, the judged asked Mr. Smith if he wanted to plead guilty to the minor infraction in California or have it dismissed.
